We invite researchers, academics, graduate students, and practitioners to submit original, high-quality research papers that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

1. Focus and Scope

Widya Social Nexus is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly research in the fields of interdisciplinary social sciences, sociology, cultural dynamics, education, and contemporary societal developments. Submissions must offer a substantial theoretical, methodological, or empirical contribution to the discipline.

2. Manuscript Categories

The journal welcomes original research articles that present empirical investigations, rigorous conceptual frameworks, or robust theoretical analyses aligned with the journal’s focus and scope.

3. General Submission Requirements

Please review the following requirements before submitting:

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, precise, and natural US Academic English or Indonesian.

  • Length: The manuscript length should ideally be between 5,000 and 8,000 words (including references, tables, and figures).

Author details must be entered solely through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) submission interface.

4. Manuscript Structure and Formatting Guidelines

  • Maintain a logical academic flow using precise US Academic English and supported by recent, relevant primary references.

E. Research Methods

  • Clearly and concisely describe the research design, participants or data sources, sampling techniques, data collection instruments, and analytical procedures.
  • Provide sufficient methodological detail to enable replication by other researchers while citing established methodologies where appropriate.

F. Result and Discussion

  • Present the findings clearly using narrative text supported by concise, well-formatted tables or figures.
  • Provide a critical interpretation that explains the significance of the results, compares them with previous studies, addresses research questions or hypotheses, and highlights the theoretical or practical implications.

G. Conclusion

  • Succinctly summarize the main findings and core contributions in relation to the research objectives without simply repeating the results.
  • Acknowledge key limitations and offer clear, actionable recommendations for future research.

5. References Style and Citations
